Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner will provide compassionate, comprehensive care to critically, chronically, or terminally ill patients in a hospice setting. Responsibilities include conducting home visits, performing patient assessments, and working within an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nursing license and a Nurse Practitioner license in the State of California. A minimum of one year of professional nursing experience is required, with hospice or palliative care experience preferred.
