Physical Therapist Assistant, PTA – ProgressiveHealth of Indiana, LLC – Morganfield, KY

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Physical Therapist Assistant who is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals. In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive, hands-on care in both outpatient and inpatient hospital environments, focusing on recovery, mobility, and overall well-being.

• Experienced PTA’s and new graduates are welcome to apply! This is a wonderful opportunity to expand knowledge and experience in a clinical setting.
• Weekend Rotation every 4th or 5th weekend
• These weekend rotation shifts are shorter in nature, as it is an Inpatient "check-in" and not a full shift.
• The Outpatient team sees mostly orthopedics, back pain, cervical pain, geriatrics, and the occasional pediatric patients.
• The Acute Inpatient team provides immediate care to those suffering severe injury and illness.
• 32-hour schedule: 4 days a week!

What will you be doing in this role?

• Maintaining achievable established productivity standards
• Completing appropriate documentation according to Company/department policies and procedures along with adhering to federal and state regulations
• Providing medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint and bone diseases
• Restoring patient function while relieving pain, with ambitions of avoiding disability
• Integrating Rehab Techs (support staff) in patient care plan

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant specific to the State of Kentucky
• Associate's degree or higher as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Current CPR certification or ability to attain this certification
