Key Responsibilities

The Patient Care Technician provides direct and indirect patient care activities under the supervision of licensed clinical team members. They also assist with telehealth encounters and maintain a safe, compassionate environment for patients and their families.

Requirements

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and a BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Previous nursing assistant or healthcare experience is preferred, along with completion of a PCT training program or clinical experience as a nursing student.
