Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician provides direct patient care, monitors patient behavior, and assists in the implementation of individualized treatment plans. They also ensure a safe and therapeutic environment by conducting room checks and responding to crisis situations.

Requirements

Candidates must have 0-2 years of experience in a behavioral or mental health setting and possess strong observation and documentation skills. Required certifications include de-escalation training and Basic Life Support (BCLS) to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
