Join EncompassCare Clinical Counseling as a Clinical Counselor | Altercare Newark South (AL) | Altercare Newark North | Part Time in United States. Key Responsibilities

Conducts diagnostic assessments/updates, develops/revises/implements individualized treatment plans, and provides individual and/or group therapy to residents of nursing homes.

Utilizes outcomes tools to monitor effectiveness of treatment.

Consults and collaborates with other interdisciplinary staff as needed.

Work Schedule
