Join EncompassCare Clinical Counseling as a Clinical Counselor | Forest Hills Center | Friendship Village of Dublin in United States. Position Summary: This is not your typical counseling job! Key Responsibilities

Conducts diagnostic assessments/updates, develops/revises/implements individualized treatment plans, and provides individual and/or group therapy to residents of nursing homes.

Utilizes outcomes tools to monitor effectiveness of treatment.

Consults and collaborates with other interdisciplinary staff as needed.
