We are seeking full-time CRNAs to join our team. This position offers exceptional autonomy, diverse case exposure, and a strong collaborative culture in a dynamic environment!

Compensation & Benefits
- Total Estimated Compensation: $289,000 – $313,000
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $75,000
- Paid Time Off: 8 weeks PTO + paid holidays

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality anesthesia care across diverse case mixes at Bayhealth's Kent and Sussex campuses and ASC. Collaborate with clinical leaders and teams to deliver a patient-first experience using cutting-edge technology.
Requirements
Must be a qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Ability to work flexible schedules and participate in call opportunities is required.
