Clinical Pharmacist 2 Per Diem

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for the safe preparation, dispensing, and monitoring of medications while providing clinical recommendations to the healthcare team. They also participate in patient rounding, staff training, and ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and hospital policies.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a BS in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree and possess an active Pharmacist license in New York or Connecticut. A minimum of 3 years of inpatient hospital experience or completion of a PGY1 residency is required.
