About the Role

Join Encompass Care Home Health of Toledo as a PTA – PRN, Flexible Schedule in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Identifies and communicates with supervising PT the need for reassessment of patients when necessary.

Provides treatment in accordance with established standards of practice.

Conducts individual PT treatments following the established POC under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.

Demonstrates flexibility in visit scheduling and patient assignments.

Requirements

Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
