Behavior Technicians implement facility-wide behavioral training and individual protocols, providing direct care services to individuals with brain injury-related behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include modeling behavior, assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), transporting residents, and completing all necessary daily documentation.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old. A valid driver's license is mandatory, and applicants must be capable of lifting 50 lbs.
