Key Responsibilities

• Serving as the team leader and providing services to families involved in the IHI project

• Responsible for evaluating referrals, assist with and perform interviews, and planning services

• Serve as a liaison for IHI Project families with community agencies and the public.

• Overseeing, maintaining and performing designated documentation in client records according to standards

Requirements

• A Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field is required

• One year post master supervised experience in a direct service area.

• Must be willing to attend Child and Adolescent Case Management and In

• Home Intervention training
