Registered Dietitian / LDN / RD2Be
Nutritious Lifestyles is hiring an RDN, LDN, or RD2Be to join our team and use food as medicine to support recovery and whole-person wellness. What You’ll Do
- Lead the Nutrition Care Process
- Provide nutrition assessments, consultations and care plans
- Provide nutritional care to patients with complex nutritional needs in rehabilitation settings
- Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals including Physicians, Psychiatrists, PAs, Therapists, Occupational Speech Therapists.
- Provide nutrition expertise, education and consultations to patients and staff
