- Pay Rate: Starting $32/hour and up (Based on experience, education, and credentials)

We are hiring a Registered Dietitian (RDN) or RD2Be to join our team and provide nutritional care in rehabilitation and long-term care settings.
What You'll Do
- Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
- Complete admission, quarterly, and annual nutrition assessments.
- Monitor residents’ weights, nutritional status, wounds, tube feedings, and renal nutrition needs.
- Maintain accurate nutrition documentation and review weight and wound reports
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and conduct sanitation reviews.
