Job Description

  • Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Location: Carpentersville, IL area (including Dundee, Algonquin, Hampshire)
  • Grade Level: K–8 (placement based on skills and interests; most likely elementary and/or middle school)
  • Start Date: August 6, 2026 (Orientation: August 3, 2026)
  • End Date: May 27, 2027
  • Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite | 35 hours/week (8:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
  • Salary Range: $60,000–$75,000 annually

About the Opportunity

AnthroMed Education is hiring two full-time bilingual (English/Spanish) Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026–2027 school year. This role offers placement matched to your skills and interests, with most assignments likely in elementary and/or middle school settings. You’ll be joining a highly supportive and collaborative environment with strong resources to help you thrive throughout the school year.

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to K–8 students
  • Deliver services in both English and Spanish as needed
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

Qualifications

  • Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology License (IDFPR)
  • Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
