Key Responsibilities

The counselor will conduct patient assessments, develop therapeutic treatment goals, and deliver individual and group counseling sessions. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with privacy standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Wisconsin license as a Clinical Counselor, Social Worker, or Marriage & Family Therapist. A high school diploma with 2 years of experience, an associate degree, or 4 years of relevant experience is required.
