The Behavioral Health Therapist provides evidence-based mental health and substance use services to individuals and families. They are responsible for conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a mental health-related field and be license-eligible for LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Indiana. A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health treatment is required.
