What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the physical therapy program
• Maintain an active clinical caseload
• Mentor and develop therapists and therapy assistants
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, caregivers, and community leadership
• Drive mobility, fall prevention, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Partner across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Support
• Establish strong clinical and referral relationships
• Monitor clinical quality, outcomes, and program performance
• Bring a proactive, relationship-driven approach to the community
• You won't be tucked away in a therapy department waiting for referrals.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the occupational therapy program
• Maintain an active clinical caseload
• Mentor and develop your OT and COTA team
• Partner with residents, families, caregivers, nursing, and community leadership
• Address ADLs, IADLs, cognition, mobility, safety, routines, and meaningful activity
• Bring strength-based, person-centered approaches to Memory Support
• Help residents adapt their environment—not simply adapt themselves to it
• Build strong referral and interdisciplinary relationships
• Drive clinical quality, outcomes, and program performance
• You'll have the opportunity to practice OT where life actually happens—supporting residents across their daily routines, environments, relationships, and meaningful pursuits.
