Clinical Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides oversight of behavioral therapy services across the organization and collaborates with the management team to develop new programs and enhance existing services.
Job responsibilities
* Conduct behavioral assessments for persons served residing within the program
* Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive behavior support plans
* Provide training and guidance to management and direct care staff regarding implementation and documentation of behavior support plans
* Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and provide behavioral services representation and recommendations
* Monitor progress toward behavior support goals and complete required progress reports for the billing department
* Attend appointments as needed and communicate relevant updates with the interdisciplinary care team
* Provide after-hours on-call support for persons served experiencing behavioral concerns, as needed
* Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards
* Perform other duties as assigned
Job requirements
* Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field required
* Current Board Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the State of Michigan required
* Two to five years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or catastrophic injuries, including traumatic brain injury (TBI), preferred
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
* Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office environment
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
