Key Responsibilities

The Case Manager implements individual treatment plans, monitors client progress, and provides supportive counseling and skills training. They also maintain accurate case notes, coordinate with other providers, and assist clients in accessing community services and housing.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral sciences field or possess equivalent experience to qualify as a QMHA. A valid Oregon driver’s license, the ability to pass a criminal history check, and strong communication skills are required.
