The Licensed Social Worker manages the continuum of patient care from admission through discharge at the Benton/Bryant location. Responsibilities include performing psychosocial assessments, coordinating discharge planning, and providing counseling and support to patients and their families.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work and possess an active Arkansas LMSW or LCSW license. Two years of experience in an acute care hospital setting and case management experience are preferred.
