Job Description
The Physical Therapist provides therapeutic services to patients with impaired muscle, joint, and functional impairment in accordance with physician's orders.

The Physical Therapist provides therapeutic services to patients with impaired muscle, joint, and functional impairment. They perform these duties in accordance with physician's orders within a home health setting.
Requirements
Candidates must be a graduate of an approved physical therapy program and hold an active California Physical Therapy License. Additional requirements include current BLS certification, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
