Outpatient Therapist

Join Seneca Family of Agencies as a Outpatient Therapist in Washington. $2,000 sign on bonus for all new Seneca employees! The Outpatient Therapist provides culturally responsive mental health services to youth and their families, including individual and family therapy and child and family team meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide child, family and/or group therapy utilizing culturally informed and best practice modalities.

• Work in partnership with children, youth and families to determine their goals within therapy.

• Promptly respond to referrals of children and adolescents who present with symptoms of psychiatric disorders.

• On cases that indicate a medical necessity for treatment, implement a case specific treatment plan to provide mental health services including individual, family and group therapy in addition to case management, linkage and consultation with community resources including schools and other providers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work/psychology/counseling.

• Eligible to register as a LMFT, LICSW, LMFTA, LSWAIC or LMHCA in accordance with the Washington State Department of Health.

• Experience working with children in out-of-home care preferred.

• At least 21 years of age.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $35.33 - $42.06/hour.
