Key Responsibilities

• Effective patient care using approved treatment techniques and procedures. Evaluation of patient’s condition, functioning level and treatment goals and keeping current records.

• After evaluating the patient, the therapist is responsible for planning administering and supervising the STA in accordance with the treatment plan.

• Will provide therapy services as outlined in the Plan of Care.

• Assists patient and family with development and review of home program, evaluation and review of adaptive equipment needed in home setting and evaluation of onsite home setting when necessary.

Requirements

• Licensed SLP in CA.

• Minimum of 1 year as an SLP experience preferred.

• Physical within 6 months prior to first patient contact.

• Current TB results (within last 12 months) and CPR Certification.
