Qualifications
Qualifications: Licensed SLP Minimum 1 year of SLP experience preferred OASIS and WellSky (Kinnser) experience strongly preferred Physical exam within 12 months prior to first patient contact Current TB test (within 12 months) & CPR certification Valid driver’s license & proof of automobile insurance Ability to attend 1–2 day orientation at our office Join a team that values your expertise and empowers patient independence! Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients to develop and administer individualized treatment plans within the home setting. Supervise support staff, maintain accurate medical records, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
Must be a licensed SLP with a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and current CPR and TB certifications. Experience with OASIS and WellSky is strongly preferred.
