This position offers day shifts only. Work with HOME CARE PROVIDERS GROUP in Coral Springs, Florida.
Evaluate patients to develop and administer individualized treatment plans within the home setting. Supervise support staff, maintain accurate medical records, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
Must be a licensed SLP with a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and current CPR and TB certifications. Experience with OASIS and WellSky is strongly preferred.
