Key Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health Liaison supports clinical care managers by monitoring behavioral health services to ensure they meet member needs and are delivered as authorized. They coordinate referrals, facilitate interagency meetings, and maintain communication between clinical teams and external partners.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field and possess at least 2 years of direct service experience. A PA Child Abuse Clearance is required, and the candidate must be or become a Philadelphia resident within six months of hire.
