Key Responsibilities
Provides direct patient care and support under the supervision of a registered nurse to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment. Monitors patient behavior, assists with treatment plan interventions, and serves as a professional role model for recovery goals.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED is preferred, with preference given to those with behavioral science coursework or relevant experience. Must hold American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
