Job Description
Join an established endodontic practice serving Daphne and communities across Alabama’s Eastern Shore. The practice pairs decades of endodontic experience with a personal, patient-centered approach and strong working relationships with referring dentists. Thoughtful diagnosis, clear communication, and preserving natural teeth shape the day-to-day work.
For an experienced Endodontist, this is a chance to bring your clinical perspective to a trusted local practice. For a resident nearing completion, it offers an opportunity to learn alongside an experienced clinician, with mentorship and peer support as you build confidence and find your rhythm. Doctors can pursue an early path to partnership while building a long-term future in the practice.
A Specialty Practice Built on Experience
The team works to make specialty treatment easier to access, helping patients get timely care and understand their options. You’ll collaborate with general dentists and other referring providers, coordinating treatment so patients can return to their regular dentist for ongoing care.
The clinical scope ranges from root canal therapy and retreatment to cracked teeth, pulp capping, post removal, perforation and resorption repair, and internal bleaching. CBCT and digital radiographs support diagnosis and treatment planning, with precision and patient comfort in view.
What You Can Grow Into
A wide range of endodontic care: Treat routine and complex cases, including root canal therapy, retreatment, cracked teeth, and other tooth-preserving procedures.
Technology for careful diagnosis: Use CBCT and digital radiography to support precise treatment planning and clear clinical decisions.
Learn from deep experience: Residents nearing completion can access mentorship and peer support while learning the practice’s clinical approach and referral relationships.
A patient-centered team: Work with colleagues who prioritize timely access, clear explanations, comfort, and coordinated care with referring dentists.
Life on Alabama’s Eastern Shore
Bay life in the everyday: Enjoy waterfront parks, piers, boardwalks, kayak launches, and sunsets over Mobile Bay.
Outdoors for every pace: Explore the Eastern Shore Trail, Village Point Park Preserve, local parks, and the nearby Mobile-Tensaw Delta.
Local flavor and things to do: Find seafood, local shops, arts, festivals, and family-friendly events across Daphne and Fairhope.
Different communities to call home: Consider Daphne, walkable and arts-focused Fairhope, or Spanish Fort as you choose the setting that fits you best.
Gulf Coast weekends within reach: The Eastern Shore makes it easy to explore Mobile, Gulf Shores, and Orange Beach, along with the bayfront communities close to home.
