About the Role

Join NORTH SUFFOLK COMMUNITY SERVICES INC as a Arts Therapist – Early Intervention Service Coordinator in [object Object]. North Suffolk is looking for Arts Therapists to join our Early Intervention Team! Harbor Area Early Childhood Services is a passionate team devoted to supporting children from birth to three years through a strength-based and family-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities

Provide EI screening/intake, evaluation and assessment.

Provide direct child developmental and family support / case management.

Participate in the development of IFSP (Individualized Family Service Plan), and in the ongoing execution, review and evaluation of the plan.

Collaborate with client families and the EI team in identifying concerns, priorities and resources.
