Job Description
- Staff Pharmacist| Phoenix, AZ
- Full-Time
- Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30PM & Rotating Saturday 10AM - 2PM

- Neighborhood is now hiring a full-time Staff Pharmacist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ
Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy specializing in care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.
- The Day-to-Day
- Verify multidose medication packaging and MARs
- Provide consultations to nurses, prescribers and other healthcare providers
- Complete accurate pharmacy data entry
- Review medication therapies, interactions and clinical concerns
- Administer a variety of injections
- Participate in medication review committees as needed
- Work alongside pharmacists and technicians to keep medications accurate and on time

Requirements
- The Must-Haves
- PharmD degree from an accredited institution
- Active Arizona pharmacist license in good standing, or ability to obtain before starting
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Key Responsibilities
The staff pharmacist will verify medication packaging, perform data entry, and conduct clinical reviews of medication therapies. They will also administer injections and provide consultations to healthcare providers in a closed-door pharmacy setting.
