Key Responsibilities

• CLINICAL LEADERSHIP & PATIENT CARE.

• Conduct comprehensive rehabilitation evaluations addressing physical, cognitive, behavioral, psychosocial, and functional impairments.

• Develop and oversee individualized rehabilitation treatment plans.

• Lead interdisciplinary rehabilitation planning and coordinate medical, behavioral, and therapy services.

Requirements

• EDUCATION.

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency program.

• EXPERIENCE.
