Clinic Director - Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Clinic Director will oversee daily clinical operations, manage staff performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services. They are also responsible for driving clinic growth through community outreach, physician referrals, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and possess an active physical therapy license in Virginia. At least three years of experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports medicine, along with demonstrated leadership or management capabilities, is preferred.
