Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will perform home health visits to provide rehabilitative care, including diagnostic testing, gait training, and individualized care plan development. Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Virginia Physical Therapist license and have graduated from an accredited physical therapy program. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills are required to manage time effectively and document care.
