Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist performs patient assessments and implements individualized treatment programs based on physician referrals and patient age. They coordinate care with healthcare teams and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Requirements

Requires a degree from an approved Physical Therapy school, with either a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience or a Master's/Doctorate degree. Must be licensed to practice in Virginia and obtain AHA BLS certification within six months of employment.
