Key Responsibilities
The physical therapist will assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to restore function, improve mobility, and manage pain. They will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and document patient progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and possess a current state license. A current CPR certification is required, and six months of experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.
