They act as a liaison between leadership and frontline teams to ensure high-quality medication use and efficient process management.
Candidates must hold a PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and possess current state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist. The role requires completion of a PGY2 residency in Health-system Pharmacy Administration and Leadership, or a PGY1/PGY2 residency combined with one year of relevant experience, or three years of relevant pharmacy experience.
