Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Educator coordinates and implements the Nursing Education Program, including orienting new nursing staff and evaluating the competency of all nursing personnel. They also assist in writing nursing guidelines and provide treatment to HHS employees injured on the job.
Requirements
Candidates must be a registered nurse with at least one year of experience, though two years of experience in a healthcare facility is preferred. A bachelor's degree and two years of supervisory experience are also preferred, along with knowledge of ICF-IID rules and regulations.
