Key Responsibilities
The BCBA is responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, designing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring behavior intervention plans. They also provide clinical supervision to RBTs and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to ensure measurable progress.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a related field and possess an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Additionally, they must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Behavior Specialist in Pennsylvania and have experience with FBAs and BIPs.
