Key Responsibilities
The provider will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with gastrointestinal conditions within skilled nursing facilities. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and monitor comprehensive care plans for residents.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, a DEA license, and BLS/CPR certification. A Master's degree in Nursing and at least one year of experience in Gastroenterology are required.
