Join an established specialty practice in Tucson as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) caring for patients with orthopedic, spine, neurological, musculoskeletal, and pain-related conditions.

This is a full-time outpatient opportunity for a provider who wants to move into or continue growing within specialty medicine while maintaining a predictable weekday schedule. You'll work alongside experienced clinicians and support staff while developing valuable experience across multiple high-demand areas of care.

  • About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life

This is an excellent opportunity for an NP or PA who wants to build specialty expertise beyond traditional primary care while maintaining the stability of a Monday–Friday outpatient schedule.

You'll evaluate patients with a variety of orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, spine, and acute or chronic pain conditions. Your day may include new patient evaluations, follow-up visits, reviewing imaging and diagnostic studies, assessing response to treatment, medication management, patient education, and coordinating the next steps in care.

The breadth of the patient population is a major advantage of this position. Rather than working within one narrow area, you'll gain exposure to multiple overlapping specialties and develop stronger skills in musculoskeletal assessment, spine care, neurological conditions, imaging review, and non-operative treatment.

You'll work as part of an established clinical team with physicians, APPs, and support staff available for collaboration. New graduates are welcome, making this an opportunity to develop specialty knowledge early in your career, while experienced providers can bring skills from Orthopedics, Neurology, Pain Management, Spine, PM&R, Urgent Care, Primary Care, or other related settings.
