Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive functional evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to maximize patient independence and safety at home. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and educate patients and caregivers on home safety, adaptive equipment, and exercise programs.
Requirements
Requires a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and a current Michigan Occupational Therapist license. Candidates should have at least one year of home health experience and reliable transportation.
