What Are We Looking For?

InSynch Health is on a continued path for growth. We are offering a new full-time opportunity for a dedicated Licensed Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our outpatient psychiatric clinic. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering a supportive environment that promotes crisis resolution, self-awareness, and personal growth.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice (license in good standing) as an LPC or LCSW in Texas is required at the time of hire.
  • Ability to travel within the Beaumont, Baytown, and Southeast Houston areas.

Key Responsibilities

Manage an average caseload of 15-20 patients per day, providing thorough psychosocial assessments, individual therapy, and ongoing treatment.

Work closely with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Deliver care within our state-of-the-art outpatient psychiatric clinic, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.

Provide crisis intervention, case management, and resource coordination as needed.
