What Are We Looking For?
InSynch Health is growing, and we're excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our psychiatric care team. We are seeking a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner holding both FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner) and PMHNP (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner) credentials. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional medical care within a behavioral health setting, fostering a supportive environment that promotes holistic wellness and recovery. Spanish-speaking providers are strongly preferred (though not required), as we strive to better serve our diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the medical health needs of an inpatient psychiatric caseload, conducting thorough assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans for acute and chronic medical issues.
Work closely with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to integrate medical and psychiatric care within individualized treatment plans.
Deliver care within our state-of-the-art inpatient psychiatric hospital, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.
Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (to better serve our diverse patient population).
