Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist conducts advanced evaluations and delivers evidence-based therapeutic interventions to optimize patient function and mobility. They also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design rehabilitation programs, document patient progress, and supervise physical therapy students.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctoral degree from an accredited physical therapy program and possess a valid license to practice in the State of Illinois. Additionally, current CPR or BLS certification is required, along with the ability to perform physical tasks such as patient transfers.
