Key Responsibilities

The Chief Medical Officer will lead clinical partnerships with health systems and provide medical oversight for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. This role acts as the primary medical voice for external engagement while ensuring clinical rigor and value creation across enterprise growth initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree with active board certification and at least 10 years of senior-level clinical leadership experience. An MBA, MHA, or equivalent advanced business degree is strongly preferred, along with proven expertise in strategic transactions and organizational transformation.
