Key Responsibilities
Provide direct clinical pharmacy services to critically ill neonates and collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize medication therapy. Develop and implement clinical pharmacy programs while serving as a mentor and preceptor for pharmacy staff and students.
Requirements
Requires a PharmD or qualifying pharmacy degree and completion of a PGY2 Pharmacy Residency in Pediatrics. Candidates must have dedicated NICU clinical pharmacy experience and hold or be eligible for a Texas Pharmacist License.
