(RTFNetwork) is a community-based behavioral health organization dedicated to providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed services to underserved individuals and families across the Baltimore region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to LMSWs in accordance with Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners requirements.

• Review, sign, and ensure accuracy of clinical documentation, including notes, assessments, and treatment plans.

• Ensure all clinical duties, documentation, and supervisory responsibilities are completed in a timely manner in accordance with RTFNetwork policies and standards.

• Support clinicians in diagnostic formulation, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.

Requirements

• Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited university.

• Active Maryland LCSW-C license in good standing.

• Board-approved Clinical Supervisor for LMSWs in Maryland (required).

• Approval to supervise LGPCs preferred.
