Clinical Pharmacist - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Pharmacist provides safe pharmacy services, including designing and monitoring patient-specific care plans for home infusion therapy. They also coordinate services with the nursing department, educate patients and caregivers, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy and a current, active Pharmacy license. Experience in sterile IV admixture procedures or completion of an ASHP accredited residency is required.
