Who Are You
Porch Light Health is looking for a certified Physician Assistant, and/or Nurse Practitioner to work in the specialty of Addiction Medicine. We encourage new grads to apply as we will train you in the Addiction Medicine specialty. This job is 40 hours per week, clinic-based, located in Farmington, New Mexico.
The medical Provider will see patients in clinic as well as via telehealth. You would be helping persons suffering from addiction or substance use disorder such as alcohol, opioids, stimulants, and benzodiazepines, etc. No prior addiction medicine experience is necessary.
Emergency Room, Primary care, or psych experience is helpful. Must have an interest in helping underserved populations and be willing to learn new concepts. The ability to administer intramuscular medication by injection is required.
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time Opportunities. Standard shift, M-F 8:30-4:30pm

No prior addiction medicine experience is necessary, though experience in Emergency Room, Primary Care, or Psychiatry is helpful.
