Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related Human Services field, along with the ability to meet professional standards and licensure requirements. Independent licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is preferred, though Registered Intern Status is also considered.
