The Master Level Counselor will provide clinical treatment by developing, implementing, and overseeing specialized services such as screening, assessments, treatment planning, therapy, crisis intervention, and referrals to meet individualized clinical needs for the youth served. This role focuses on ensuring that these individualized clinical needs are met through direct therapeutic services.
Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related Human Services field and must be able to meet professional standards for licensure/certification. Independent licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is preferred, although Registered Intern Status is also acceptable.
